Returns + Exchanges
Shipping
All products are shipped from our salon in Horsham, Victoria. A flat rate of 8$8.95 applies for all product orders and these are sent via express post. In the case a large & heavy purchase is made (bulk product purchasing), these orders are assessed and an appropriate rate of delivery will be charged.
Postage is via Australia Post.
Delivery Method
Australia Post eParcel.
Delivery time is dependant on Australia Post and the location being shipped to.
Rural and remote location can be expected to wait 5-7 business days (this may be impacted by covid-19)
Received Orders
Your order will be sent immediately on the same or next business day. If an order is received on a Friday afternoon, order may not be posted until the following Monday.
Orders taken over the weekend will be packaged ready for sending on the next business day.
Please note, we only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses.
Simply Skin Body is not liable for any loss, damage or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of delivery. We will not be liable for late delivery by the selected courier. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Simply Skin Body's obligations in relation to delivery end when the order is collected by the courier service for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
Refunds and Returns
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange on an item you’ve purchased from us – simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. You will need to return the items, in its original condition unopened and unused, in it’s original packaging. Only once receiving the item will we be able to process the exchange or credit.
